YOUR WEBSITE REQUEST

How we use your information

When you submit a buying or selling request, Home Pros Real Estate, Inc. saves your name, email, any optional phone number and location, your buying or selling interest, timeline, and message.

Helping with your next move

Mike uses these details to respond, organize your request, and keep notes about your conversations and follow-ups. Your submission and internal notes are visible in a private management area, rather than on the public website.

Contact and choice

The form asks for permission to contact you about your request. It does not enroll you in an automated marketing campaign. To ask about your information or request that Home Pros stop contacting you, email mikehomepros@gmail.com or call (413) 348-5437.

Website operation

The website uses its hosting service to store requests. It also saves submission times, your contact agreement, and a temporary security record to limit repeated submissions. These security records are cleared after approximately two days when the form receives new requests.

The Home Seller Value Calculator keeps its inputs in the page; using the calculator does not submit your figures.
